Troubleshooting Cosy+ LED patterns
Standard boot
No issue detected during the booting phases (approximatively 1 minute 30 secondes) Once booted the LED satus is USR LED blinking GREEN slowly

Firmware update or Reset by SD CARD/USB
Download firmware file from support website: select if update only or update + reset
Copy firmware file on SD card and rename it to ewon.upkg
Remove SD card from PC and insert it into the Ewon
Power the Ewon on
After +- 15 sec the USR LED starts blinking ORANGE
Wait until USR LED becomes steady GREEN (after +- 7min)
Remove SD card and reboot the Ewon

Be patient! The update process using UPKG takes 7-10 minutes!
Firmware update or Reset by FTP
Download firmware file from support website: select if update only or update + reset
Rename firmware file to ewon.upkg
Open an FTP session on the Ewon (Ewon is already powered on)
Copy the firmware file into the Ewon root directory
Close the FTP session > Ewon will reboot and start the update process.
Ewon reboots and the USR LED starts blinking ORANGE during the update process
Once the update terminated, the USR Led starts blinking GREEN

Full reset (Level2) the Cosy+
Power the Ewon on
Press the reset button: BI1 LED is green when pressed
Wait until USR LED becomes steady RED: Stop pressing the reset button
Ewon perform all reset operations - USR LED is blinking GREEN(fast blinks)
Wait until USR LED becomes blinking RED (slowly)
Reboot the Ewon

Issue detected during boot phases
Ewon USR LED is blinking RED at the end of the boot phases An issue was detected during the booting phase, boot is stopped and the Ewon cannot be accessed

The most common cause is an IP conflict: remove all Ethernet cables and reboot to confirm If the problem is not resolved perform a full reset (level2) and /or a recovery using an sd card/usb stick
